SPEAKERsTodd & Anca Martin
Todd & Anca live in Lexington, Kentucky, where they are involved in the welcoming & befriending of the international community. Todd serves as the Pastor of College and Missions at Ashland Avenue Baptist Church. They have been married 15 years, & have three daughters & a son, who was born in China. Todd is from Colorado, studied engineering at the University of Florida, & lived two years after college in Ukraine. He came to Kentucky for his graduate studies at Southern Seminary in Louisville. Anca is from Medias, Romania, & came to the USA as an international student at University of Kentucky, where she completed her bachelors in English & French and her masters degree in French Literature. She has taught French at both the University of Kentucky & Eastern Kentucky University & is currently pursuing further graduate work at Southern Seminary. Both Todd & Anca have been part of the welcoming of international students to Kentucky for 20 years.

Erskin Anavitarte is a Texas-born Singer-Songwriter, Diversity Spokesman, Adoption Advocate, and music Co-Producer. He resides in Nashville, TN, with his wife Kelli and their two children. Their heart for orphaned, abandoned and vulnerable people has led Erskin and his family to become advocates for several non-profit organizations including Holt International, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Life Action, and Project Connect Nashville.
