In a world filled with competing voices, how should Christians understand anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and emotional suffering? This breakout will explore a biblical framework for thinking about mental health, addressing common misconceptions while emphasizing God’s truth, grace, and hope. We will consider how to faithfully respond to our own struggles, care well for others, and find lasting hope in Christ amidst the realities of life in a fallen world.
